The range of Frigomar air conditioners featuring the Brushless DC InverterTechnology, an absolute first in the field of air conditioning for boating, is enriched with some new products.
Frigomar presents the Self Contained Unit, the compact and independent air conditioning unit which takes full advantage of the innovative inverter technology, presented to the market in 2013, whose chillers are equipped with variable speed compressors.
The Self Contained units are available in three different versions, according to their different cooling power:
from 5,000 to 10,000 btu/h
from 6,000 to 16,000 btu/h
from11,000 to 27,000 btu/h.
The Self Contained units are part of the 410 series, the eco-friendly and high performance Frigomar solution using the R410A gas.
The Self Contained Units feature the Brushless DC Inverter Technology and therefore allow a gradual adjustment of the compressor speed, thus minimizing the energy waste which is typical of the ON / OFF compressors and allowing a constant temperature control. The compressor is very small so as to optimize the space on board the yacht.
